Why Smaller is better ?

The war against food trucks continue, a recent New York Supreme Court ruling says, "no vendor, hawker or huckster shall park a vehicle at a metered parking space to offer merchandise for sale from the vehicle." In California regulations are to blame for keeping trucks in their garages as well. So government regulators are making sure food trucks can't compete with restaurants.
