The Gourmet-to-go hot-box has 2 different configurations. The continental which only opens on 3 sides and the tropical type which opens on all 4 sides.
In a nutshell the hot-box is basically a medium sized shipping container that has been converted into a fully kitted out unit for use as a kitchen or a mobile restaurant.
The hot-box features a full service kitchen which is a complete off the grid solution. This allows you to setup in almost any location possible. You will however need a van / truck with a trailer to transport the hot-box. Operation of the hot-box is fairly simple. The main sides have hydraulic operated flaps.
Energy requirements are met with solar power & LPG generators. The units also have their own water storage system and treatment. They are 100% fully lockup and go. A branded scooter is available as an optional extra or you can buy your own allowing you to service residential areas nearby from where you have setup.
There are infinite number of colors available and areas on the hot-box have been allocated for branding purposes. see below for examples
